Our 4740 m long track system is the largest garden railway in the world and an exciting excursion for the whole family. Here you will find mostly self-made houses and backdrops as well as 41 trains that are permanently on the move for you. And precisely because it is such an experience for us, we have a lot more to offer than just a view of our model railroad in Rathen. Drive your own models on our test track, return defective equipment to us for repairs and purchase various accessories for your own very personal model railroad.

In addition, we would of course like to pamper you around your excursion. Rathen is so central and yet idyllic, surrounded by the Elbe and with a view of the world-famous bastion, that you won't want to leave us at all. Take a look at the breathtaking surroundings now!

In our guesthouse directly on the Elbe, you can enjoy your stay to the full. We pamper you not only with a delicious and regional breakfast for the perfect start to the day, but also offer you rooms and holiday apartments with everything your heart desires. If you stay with us, admission to the model railroad is of course free of charge.

Our restaurant is available in the afternoon for coffee and cake or in the evening for the culinary delicacies of the Saxon cuisine. Here, too, you get exclusively regional ingredients, created in dishes typical of the country that will pamper your palate.
